Walkers’ Jersey office has announced that it will be trading as Walkers (Jersey) LLP from 1 April, when it became a limited liability partnership registered under the Limited Liability Partnerships (Jersey) Law 2017.
From that date, Walkers (Jersey) LLP will also be recognised as a legal services body under Article 17A of the Law Society Law, 2005 and the partners, in accordance with the LLP law, will generally not be liable for the debts and losses of Walkers (Jersey) LLP.
All correspondence and invoices issued on or after 1 April will be in the name Walkers (Jersey) LLP, although the office address and contact details remain the same.
