Walkers has represented Chrystal Capital Partners in relation to the registration of Guernsey's first healthcare cannabinoid investment fund, Verdite Capital Fund I, which was registered by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission on 29 July 2020.
The Walkers team included Partner Kate Storey, Senior Counsel Stephen Ozanne and Associate Adam Pickering.
Verdite Capital Fund I will focus on investments in businesses across the legal cannabinoid market worldwide, particularly in North America and Europe.
Elysium Fund Management is the designated administrator and Centaur Fund Services in Dublin is the sub-administrator.
