Corporate service provider Vistra has announced the acquisition of Optegra, a German-based specialist in auditing, tax consultancy, legal advisory and management consultancy services.
With offices in Cologne, Hamburg and Munich, Optegra has 120 staff serving clients from a range of sectors, including automotive, IT, telecommunications, healthcare, private equity, real estate, renewable energy and engineering.
All of Optegra's Partners will remain with the business and will develop the range of services provided by Vistra in Germany, including the provision of audit and fund administration services to alternative investment funds and alternative investment managers.

With the acquisition we hope to bridge the gap in terms of available service providers in the international expansion market.”
