Viberts' Christina Hall made Crown Advocate

Christina Hall VibertsAdvocate Christina Hall, a Partner at law firm Viberts, has been appointed as a Crown Advocate.

Christina is Head of the litigation team at Viberts – her practice includes both complex commercial and general civil litigation. Since joining Viberts in 2007, Christina has also gained extensive experience in criminal litigation and has appeared in a number of high-profile civil and criminal cases brought before the Royal Court of Jersey.

A Crown Advocate is an appointment made by the Attorney General (AG). They represent the AG in criminal cases heard before the Royal Court and do this on top of their roles in private practice.

This appointment comes in the same week as Christina successfully defended a client in the largest fraud case ever heard before Jersey’s Royal Court. He was found not guilty of a conspiracy to commit a $20bn fraud.
