VG announces new-year promotions

VG 2021 promotionsJersey-based trust company VG has announced eight promotions.
 
Dominic Coyne and Jodie Gray have been named Associate Directors. Dominic has been with VG for almost 20 years. He is responsible for managing the funds and Islamic finance team, including real estate transactions involving Shariah-compliant financing. 

Jodie joined the firm 15 years ago. She will continue to manage a wealth structuring team specialising in the administration of complex structures and provide services to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their family or family office.

Meanwhile, Emily Roque has been promoted to Manager (Regulated Funds), with responsibility for a team specialising in regulated funds and the administration of a broad range of fund vehicles. 

Jane Hill has become a Senior Manager within the private client team, where she will use her 30-year career in the fiduciary sector to develop the team's focus on client service. 

In addition, Charles Carpenter has been promoted to Senior Fund Administrator, Anna Heppleston, who joined VG in 2006, becomes a Manager, and 2020 recruit Lauren Gamble has become Senior Trust Officer in the private client team.

Finally, recently appointed Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer Carina Santos has been promoted to Senior Compliance Officer. Carina joined VG in 2018 from the Jersey Financial Services Commission and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments.
