Stuart Gardner has joined EY’s Channel Islands Transactions Advisory team as a Director, responsible for Liquidations and Strategic Exit Routes (LASER) services.
Stuart will be the first fully licensed, appointment-taking, UK insolvency practitioner of a Big Four accountancy firm in the Channel Islands. He joins EY with almost a decade of experience working in the Channel Islands’ professional services industry.
Stuart is well-versed in managing restructuring engagements in the Channel Islands where he has returned more than $2bn to investors. His Channel Islands and UK restructuring experience is across asset classes and jurisdictions, including both solvent and insolvent liquidations, receiverships and administrations. He has also led a number of other advisory engagements for local trust and corporate administration businesses.
