The Fairway Group has made two senior appointments in its trust and fund divisions.
Philippa Davidson (pictured), joins Fairway's funds division as Head of Funds, bringing with her a wealth of experience in fund administration and business compliance, including providing compliance support roles to all fund types, including Certified Funds, OCIFs, unregulated funds and JPPFs.
Philippa (Pippa) recently re-joined Fairway having previously worked at the Group as Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Compliance Officer for the funds business. She has spent the last few years working for Deutsche Bank AG in Jersey with responsibility for all fund services business compliance.
Pippa was responsible for compliance oversight for Deutsche Bank's fund operations in the Channel Islands and also assisted with compliance arrangements in Ireland and the US. Whilst at Deutsche Bank, Pippa worked on the governance framework and re-designed the new business process locally for all fund services related business, whilst also enhancing the procedural arrangements for this area.
Justine Wilkinson has been appointed as a Director at Fairway Group, and brings over 24 years’ experience in trust and company administration. She is responsible for managing high-net-worth individuals and building business relationships with international clients and intermediaries.
Justine has been in trust and company administration since 1991 having started her career at Cater Allen Trust Company (Jersey). She was on the board of Directors of Standard Chartered Grindlays Trust Corporation (Jersey) – subsequently TMF Group – from 2001 to 2006. Subsequent to that, Justine was a Director of Helm Trust Company from 2007 to 2015.
Having held board roles since 2001, Justine has extensive experience dealing with a wide range of asset classes and structures.
