Santander International has appointed Wayne Stanley to the role of Head of Private and Retail Banking, based in Jersey.
Wayne replaces James Geldart, who has been promoted to Managing Director for Santander International’s Isle of Man branch.
With nearly 25 years’ experience in financial services, Wayne has worked in Jersey, the UK and Panama, looking after high-net-worth clients from all over the world.
In Panama, Wayne founded a private equity real estate platform, Emporia Capital, which he ran for nine years investing in properties in Columbia and Panama, before returning to Jersey in 2015 with his family.
Wayne joins Santander International after five years with Standard Chartered Bank, where as a Director he led client acquisition for Asia.
