Corporate services provider Sanne has appointed Oliver Morris to the role of Head of Private Equity - EMEA, based in the firm’s Jersey office.
Oliver’s focus will be to drive Sanne’s EMEA private equity business and develop new business initiatives.
An experienced professional in private equity, Oliver joins Sanne from KPMG Channel Islands, where he has been a Director for the past 12 years.
During this time he also served as Technical Director at the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (BVCA) – a two-year secondment in which he was responsible for the provision of technical support to the BVCA and its members.
During his secondment, Oliver remained part of the leadership team at KPMG Advisory, delivering onshore and offshore private equity structures.
