Leveraged and fund finance specialist Julia Keppe has joined Ogier's Banking & Finance team as a Senior Associate.
Julia, who has previously practised in London and New York, joins the team in Jersey led by European Head of Banking and Finance Katrina Edge.
Julia's 12 years of experience encompasses advising a wide range of clients in connection with multiple forms of debt, including fund financings, real estate financings, restructurings and complex leveraged financings. She has expertise in managing large, complex lending transactions, spanning multiple jurisdictions.
Prior to joining Ogier, she worked for PwC UK as a Senior Manager, before which she spent almost 11 years with New York law firm Debevoise & Plimpton.
