Jersey-based administration and fiduciary services provider Ocorian has appointed Anthony Zarmakoupis as its new Chief Financial Officer.
Anthony brings to the new role extensive international experience from the trust and corporate services sector. He has worked in a number of senior finance roles – including seven years as Head of Corporate Finance for Equity Trust, almost two years as Strategy and Corporate Finance Manager at Royal Bank of Scotland and, most recently, Finance Director at TMF Group.
At TMF, Anthony also held the role of Chief Operating Officer – Asia Pacific.
The appointment follows the promotion of Stuart Layzell, Ocorian's previous CFO, to the role of Chief Executive Officer in January.
