Oben has named Mikie Tilbury as its new Senior Manager in the firm’s regulatory practice.
Mikie has 16 years’ financial regulatory compliance and operational risk experience within financial services businesses in Jersey and during this time has also held Key Person roles.
Prior to joining Oben, Mikie spent five years at the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC), working within the Relationship Managed Supervision units covering fund services business, AIF services business, trust company business and investment business.
During this time, he supervised a wide variety of regulated services businesses, supported and helped to deliver the JFSC’s approach to risk-based supervision and processed complex changes of control applications.
Prior to the JFSC, Mikie spent five years with Kleinwort Benson in Jersey as a Senior Compliance Manager.
