International law firm Mourant Ozannes has signed an agreement to lease two floors of office space and the rotunda in the Royal Chambers development on St Julian's Avenue, Guernsey.
The office, located in the centre of St Peter Port, will house the firm's 147 Guernsey staff, including 14 partners, on a single site with capacity for expansion. The space incorporates a conference venue and a client entertainment suite.

Mourant Ozannes was advised by commercial property consultancy CBRE.
