LV Care Group, the locally owned and run provider of care services in Jersey and the Isle of Man, has appointed Ceri Powell to Head of HR.
Ceri will oversee the full HR function for the group across the islands. She will also work with other LV managers to ensure training and policies are in line with developmental and regulatory requirements.
Ceri was most recently Head of HR for G4S Secure Solutions, where she was responsible for overseeing the offshore HR team and HR strategy across Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man, supporting the directors and around 800 employees.
Prior to that, she served as a consultant for HR Now, providing HR support to clients across utilities, retail, digital, care, medical and distribution.
Ceri is a member of the Chartered Management Institute and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
