The IoD Guernsey has launched a survey to explore the use of technology, notably artificial intelligence (AI), in the boardroom and how well equipped directors are to oversee the use of AI in their organisations.
Focusing on AI and boardroom competence and confidence, the survey has been created by Corporate Governance Institute Consultant Bob Semple (pictured).
It aims to gather the thoughts and opinions of business leaders, directors and non-executive directors to offer a fresh perspective on the evolving boardroom landscape.
Glen Tonks, IoD Chair, commented: “Technology has grown, and continues to grow, exponentially, and has risen up the boardroom agenda. The results from the survey will help shape future IoD events and educational sessions for members.”
The deadline to complete the survey is 5 March; the results will be discussed at the IoD’s Mid-Term event on 13 March.
