Investec Bank (Channel Islands) has appointed Nick Leale as Chief Operating Officer.
Nick joined Investec 20 years ago and has undertaken a number of senior roles within the bank, most recently as Head of its trust and corporate proposition across the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Switzerland.
He served as a Project Manager for Barclays Offshore before joining Investec in the Channel Islands in 2000. He transferred to the London office in 2002, becoming responsible for treasury and deposit solutions, before returning to Guernsey and helping to establish the offshore lending business in 2005.
In his new role, Nick's primary responsibilities include maintaining Investec's operating platform, developing efficiencies and delivering performance against strategy.
