Corporate services provider Intertrust has appointed an Associate Director to its corporate services team in Jersey.
Chris Bowden joins the company from Vistra, bringing 19 years’ experience in the trust and corporate services sectors.
In his new role, Chris will look after a portfolio of clients and provide company administration, director and company secretary services to a range of corporate structures. He will also focus on developing the firm’s corporate services business.
His previous experience in the offshore finance industry has seen him manage complex corporate structures in multiple jurisdictions with a diverse asset base, including mining and exploration, commercial and residential property and e-commerce.
