Equiom Group, the Trust and corporate services provider with offices in Jersey, Malta and the Isle of Man, has announced two senior appointments to its Jersey business.
Heather Bestwick (pictured) joins the company as a Non-Executive Director, and Hiren Mistry has been appointed as Legal Counsel.
Heather was previously Deputy CEO and Technical Director of Jersey Finance, where she led the delivery of Jersey Finance's technical services, enabling effective consultation and communication between Jersey's finance industry, government and the Financial Services Commission.
Hiren previously held senior associate positions in a number of Jersey law firms, where he gained a wealth of experience in Jersey commercial, Trust litigation and asset tracing cases. As Equiom’s Legal Counsel, he will review new and existing client structures to identify potential for offering added value and provide legal support and advice to the client teams in Jersey.
