Jamie Oldfield, an Associate at Carey Olsen, has been admitted as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey and called to the Guernsey Bar.
Advocate Oldfield advises on commercial and trust litigation, banking and funds litigation, and insolvency, with a focus on contentious trust litigation and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency.
During her time at Carey Olsen, Advocate Oldfield has worked on a range of litigation work. She joins 31 other qualified Advocates at Carey Olsen – 26 of whom have completed their qualifications while working for the firm.
Advocate Oldfield qualified as a Barrister of England and Wales in 2012 and is a member of Lincoln's Inn.
