EY is to hold a seminar on the Economic Substance proposals on Friday 23 November at 9am, at The Royal Yacht Hotel, St Helier.
EY Channel Islands Head of Tax Wendy Martin and Tax Director Áine Slater will be joined by Tom Le Feuvre and Paul Eastwood from the States of Jersey, who have been involved in negotiating the proposals with the EU Commission and Code of Conduct Group.
They will provide an update on what the new legislation means for local business and their clients, along with guidance on how to ensure you are fully compliant.
