Fiduciary and administration services provider Estera has launched a new office, Estera (Luxembourg), following its acquisition of Headstart earlier this year.
Led by Headstart Managing Directors Christophe Gaul and Manuel Mouget, the Luxembourg team provides a full range of corporate and trust services to private equity and real estate firms, institutional clients and high-net-worth-individuals.
Estera CEO Farah Ballands said: “Building a presence in Luxembourg, one of the world’s most important jurisdictions for funds and corporate services, allows us to broaden our service and jurisdictional offering and increase the choice we offer to clients.”
Estera now operates from 11 locations, including Jersey and Guernsey.
