Intertrust in Guernsey has promoted Risk and Corporate Governance Manager Sarah Willis to Director, leading the group's recently established Regulatory Compliance Services department.
Guernsey is the first Intertrust office to deliver these new services, and Sarah, who joined Intertrust in 2016, will be responsible for developing the department.
The team offers outsourced FATCA, CRS, AML and other services to the wider Intertrust group. These are being used by global funds and corporate clients that want to outsource the administrative processes involved in meeting their compliance responsibilities.
Sarah will also be involved in developing a global integrated approach to FATCA and CRS reporting.
