With regulatory consent having been received from the Central Bank of Bahrain, Ohad has become part of the Crestbridge Group, which also operates from Jersey, London, Luxembourg and the Cayman Islands. It will be fully rebranded during the course of this year.

Ohad was the first licensed provider of trust services in Bahrain in 2005, when it obtained its ancillary services provider licence. It is a provider of private investment undertakings, as well as Sharia-compliant and Islamic finance products such as Sukuk.

The firm’s owner, Graham Journeaux, and Associate Director, Naser Obaid, will continue to lead the Bahrain office, which employs 10 staff and will be supported by staff transfers from the Crestbridge Group.

Crestbridge’s new office is located at the Bahrain World Trade Centre in Manama.
