Collas Crill in Jersey has appointed trust lawyer Nick Marshall as a Senior Associate in its fiduciary team.
An English solicitor with significant experience advising on private wealth structures and other fiduciary matters, Nick specialises in all aspects of Jersey trusts and foundations law.
He has previously spent time with Collas Crill as a professional support lawyer in the firm's knowledge management team, providing advice and resources across all departments. He has also spent a short spell with Pinel Advocates.
