Collas Crill has appointed Kate Stanfield as its Group Head of Knowledge Management, responsible for developing systems to support the business strategy across Collas Crill's seven offices.
In this business transformation role, Kate will build the group's KM function across all jurisdictions and promote efficient technical and legal support to fee-earners across the network.
Kate has 27 years' experience of working in a knowledge role within law firms, most recently CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang, and seven years of business information and local government.
She has implemented numerous knowledge and collaboration systems, working with lawyers and clients. She has considerable experience assisting legal teams within corporate clients, including knowledge audits, developing knowledge systems, improving intranets and developing taxonomy for the business.
