Chamber announces June briefing

Jersey Chamber of Commerce is holding a Critical Briefing in June, looking at recruiting, managing and inspiring the intergenerational workforce.

Announcing the event, it said: "Never before has the workforce consisted of a mix of generations with such radically different life experiences, aspirations and attitudes. Creating a productive and profitable business often relies on getting the intergenerational balance right, understanding the unique and inherent strengths of each cohort and playing to their abilities."  

Speakers will include:
• Eliot Lincoln, President, Jersey Chamber of Commerce
• Matt Ebbrell, Head of Human Resources, Jersey Financial Services Commission – recruiting and retaining an intergenerational workforce 
• Sue Lincoln, HR Director, Ogier – inspiring and engaging an intergenerational workforce 
• Glenda Rivoallan, Founder and CEO, Club Soulgenic – promoting employee well-being in the multi-generational office
• A panel discussion will also include Shelley Kendrick, Managing Director and Founder, Kendrick Rose Executive Recruitment

The event will be held on Wednesday 20 June at the Pomme d'Or Hotel, Golden Apple Suite, from 8.30am.
