Carey Olsen has advised ITI Digital on the establishment of a joint venture company that will pursue opportunities in bridging traditional and institutional markets with digital assets and blockchain technology.
Backing ITI Digital is ITI Group, a Guernsey company owned by fintech-focused venture capital fund Da Vinci Capital.
