C5 Alliance in Guernsey has appointed Chris Ash as Head of Project Delivery.
Chris has a strong track record in management, consultancy and business analysis. Over the past 15 years, he has been a Director of Global Vision International in Costa Rica and Guernsey, as well as a management consultant at BDO Greenlight and, for the past five years, at KPMG Channel Islands.
Chris said much of C5’s work involved complex project management and business analysis around new regulations affecting the financial services industry, such as FATCA, CRS and GDPR, but there was a growing focus on change management.
“There’s quite a lot of merger and acquisitions activity in the Channel Islands and businesses are investing more in change," he said.
"Digital transformation is a key part of organisational change and that’s where C5 can provide support – consulting with COOs on anything outside business as usual, which may lead to designing and building a technological solution.”
