Guernsey law firm Babbé has appointed David Doutney as a Senior Associate in its Dispute Resolution team.
David joins the firm having worked for international law firms in the Cayman Islands and Sydney, Australia, most recently with Harneys in Grand Cayman.
He has experience in complex litigious disputes in a variety of areas, including cross-border insolvency, company and shareholder disputes, tax and trust laws and financial services disputes.
David was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in Australia and was called to the Bar at the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands.
