Fund and corporate services provider Aztec Group has appointed Gavin Hayman as a Director in its Guernsey office.
Gavin will form part of the team responsible for developing private equity fund services in Guernsey. Day to day, he will oversee client relationships for the Guernsey office and across the firm’s other jurisdictions.
Gavin joined Aztec from Ipes, where he has held the position of Chief Financial Officer for the past eight years. A member of the Ipes board, Gavin helped develop the company’s finance strategy, as well as leading the financial modelling for its regulatory applications, product launches and budgets.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
