Aurigny has been ranked best short-haul airline by Which? magazine.
The consumer organisation carried out a survey in September and October, asking passengers about their recent experiences of flying with an airline from the UK. It gathered a total of 11,625 responses.
Aurigny’s overall customer score was 80 per cent, based on overall satisfaction and the likelihood of recommending the airline to a friend.
The airline also scored four-star ratings for customer service, boarding and cabin environment, and received a punctuality score of 78 per cent.
Aurigny’s Commercial Director Malcolm Coupar commented: “We've been working hard to improve customer service this year and it’s pleasing to score so highly on this front. Of course, there's plenty more we can do. A number of service improvements will be introduced next year to improve the service we provide across our network.”
