Appleby has appointed Oratile Jonas to the role of Associate within its Guernsey corporate department.
Oratile joins the firm after almost four years with South African law firm Webber Wentzel, where she completed her training.
Her experience has focused on reorganisations, cross-border transactions across Sub-Saharan Africa, particularly mergers and acquisitions, and country and cross-border private equity transactions.
She was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2019.
