Appleby acted as BVI, Cayman Islands and Jersey counsel for Vanke Property (Overseas) in relation to a due diligence exercise on five BVI, Cayman Islands and Jersey targets and their subsidiaries in an acquisition and connected transaction involving a total cash consideration equivalent to approximately HKD1,138.34m (£117.314m).
