Appleby has acted in Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man on behalf of FRP Trading, the joint administrator for UK fashion retailers Monsoon and Accessorize.
The Appleby insolvency and restructuring teams in Jersey and Guernsey have obtained orders of recognition for FRP’s appointment. This will enable FRP to deal with assets in the three jurisdictions and facilitate the continuance of trade from the stores in each location following the sale of the business and assets.
