[KR11085] - Corporate Services Director/ Associate Director - Kendrick Rose

Our client is a successful fund and corporate services business with dedicated client teams, leading-edge technology and a focus on alternative strategy asset classes. The successful candidate will assist in the delivery and development of the corporate services team, in a manner that is aligned to the Group brand values and strategic business goals. The individual will be required to manage client relationships through effectively leading the client teams to deliver a superior standard of service in the market place as well grow the Corporate Services business. In supporting a planned growth strategy, the individual will be expected to have an active awareness of the business development strategy for corporate services and the wider office, seeking out new business opportunities and converting these into successful client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the relationships and service delivery for a number of corporate clients and structures, entities under administration including companies, limited partnerships and trusts
• Act as a Director on client companies
• Participate in client fee negotiations and regular reviews of existing client relationships to ensure client satisfaction, proactively identifying and securing new service opportunities and taking appropriate action for any substandard service provision
• Maintain and build client relationships and act as a higher authority client contact in the event of any issues within the client teams
• Develop new business opportunities, lead in new client proposals/pitches, and manage the integration of new clients into the group’s procedures
• Co-ordinate legal, tax and other professional advice
• Attend and lead committee, board and shareholder meetings as required and ensure that accurate minutes are taken and distributed in a timely manner
• Liaise with the financial reporting team to ensure the timely and efficient administration of clients’ periodic and statutory financial statements
• Act a higher authority on day to day queries and as “A” level 4-eyes signatory on administration matters, ensuring that company policy and professional and regulatory guidelines are adhered to and that a professional quality service is provided to clients and outside contacts
• Control the appraisal process for reporting lines
• Act as an “A” level Authorised Signatory

Skills, knowledge, expertise:
• Candidate will be ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified
• Sound technical financial services knowledge
• Computer literacy, word processing and spread sheet skills are essential
• Excellent interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts
• Experience of day to day supervision of a team(s)
• Evidence of full responsibility for a major client relationship(s)
• Evidence of ability to win and develop new client relationships
