Jersey law firm Viberts has announced three senior appointments.
Paul Harben (pictured far right) has become a Partner in the Property team. He joins Viberts after 27 years with Collas Crill, latterly as Partner.
David Norton (pictured right) has been named Head of Business Development and Marketing. His career has included senior marketing roles with Bank of Scotland and Halifax in the UK and, more recently, nine years with HSBC in Jersey.
In addition, Penny Borny has been appointed Head of People and Culture. She joins the firm after almost 14 years with Vistra, most recently as Head of Human Resources. Her Jersey-based career has also included three years with JT.
