Jersey-based fiduciary and administration solutions provider VG has promoted Ian Murphy, previously Head of Compliance and Risk, to the position of Director of the firm and its underlying companies.
Ian joined VG as Head of Compliance and Risk in July 2015 to build up a compliance function that would enhance the ease of doing business for VG’s clients.
Prior to joining VG, he spent almost seven years with Hawksford in senior governance and compliance roles.
Ian's mainly Jersey-based career has also included periods with Le Riche Group, Ogier and Kleinwort Benson.
