Three lawyers from Bedell Cristin – Rebecca McNulty (pictured), Laura Hendrick, and Richard Laignel – have been sworn in as Advocates at Jersey’s Royal Court.
Rebecca, now a Senior Associate, has been with the law firm since 2008. She advises local and international clients on a range of high-value domestic and cross-border commercial, trust and regulatory matters and insurance issues.
Laura, an Associate who joined in 2014, has experience in corporate and finance transactions, particularly in structuring and financing real estate investment structures.
Finally, Associate Richard advises professional trustees, in Jersey and internationally, on all aspects of Jersey trust law and on related company and commercial matters.
