Sure appoints Head of Customer Strategy and Operations

Niamh Ó MaoláinSure has promoted Niamh Ó Maoláin to Head of Customer Strategy and Operations, based in the company’s Guernsey headquarters.
 
Niamh was appointed as Sure’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) Manager last year and was involved in running the company’s customer satisfaction surveys. 

Earlier in her career she was a Housing Senior Projects Manager within the State of Guernsey, and she's also held senior posts in Marks & Spencer and the Energy Saving Trust.

In her new role, Niamh is responsible for the Guernsey-based customer support centre, which addresses customer queries and provides advice on products and services.

She leads Sure’s customer service team of 27 and coordinates customer feedback programmes across the six other jurisdictions of Sure’s worldwide operation and the global Batelco group.
