Smith & Williamson International (SWI), part of the Tilney Smith & Williamson Group, has appointed Matt Falla as Director and Managing Director, based in Jersey.
Matt joins from Kleinwort Hambros, where he has spent nearly 15 years, latterly as Head of Private Banking in Guernsey, overseeing 26 staff and £2bn in assets under management.
He has previously held roles at HSBC and RBSI in Jersey.
Matt takes over the role of SWI MD from Aidan McAvinue, who has been named Chief Executive of digital banking hub BankClarity in Jersey but will continue as a Non-Executive Director of SWI.
