Jersey-based financial specialist SaSo Strategic Advisers has appointed George Baird as Non-Executive Director to the board.
A former Treasurer of the States of Jersey, George has also held a wide range of Chairman and Non-Executive Director roles over the past 20 years, including Chairman of Invesco Leveraged High Yield.
He is currently Chairman of Geiger Counter, and a Non-Executive Director of Aberdeen Latin American Income Fund, ThreadGreen Industrial, LXB Retail Properties and Yatra Capital.
Prior to his retirement in 2002, George was Group Finance Director of Mourant du Feu & Jeune.
