Santander International has appointed Estelle Armour as Head of Mortgage Sales and Steven Dubberley as Relationship Director, both based in Jersey.
Estelle's responsibilities include product design, customer experience and working on mortgage sales strategy and processes.
With more than 12 years’ experience in mortgages, she joins from HSBC Bank UK, where she was a Senior Mortgage Manager, responsible for the implementation of a new mortgage framework for expat clients.
Steven has over 30 years’ experience within the financial services industry in the Channel Islands and UK. He too has worked for HSBC, spending 17 years in a wealth management role, and joins Santander after two years as Director of Wealth Planning at Dominion Fiduciary.
In his new role, he will look after an array of clients, including high-net worth individuals, trustees, asset managers, law firms, family offices and fund administration businesses.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments and the Chartered Institute of Insurance. Estelle is a member of the London Institute of Banking & Finance.
