Corporate services provider Sanne has made three senior appointments – Anton Seatter as Director, Corporate & Private Client; Mark Fleming as Director, Private Client; and Daniel Pringle as Director, Private Client.
Based in Sanne’s London office, Anton will represent all of Sanne’s corporate and private client divisions. He joins the firm after holding senior roles, both in Jersey and London, with TMF Group and Royal Bank of Canada, and has extensive experience with corporate and institutional clients, asset managers and UHNW family offices.
Mark joins Sanne’s Private Client division in Jersey. A specialist in complex trust and other fiduciary structures for global cross-border UHNW families and their family offices, Mark joins the firm after holding Director-level positions at Crestbridge and the Royal Bank of Canada.
Finally, Daniel, having joined Sanne in 2015 from Royal Bank of Canada, has been promoted from within Sanne’s Private Client business.
