Corporate services provider Sanne has appointed Paul Watson to the role of Global Director of Change Management, to align change initiatives and investment and support the strategic direction of the business.
This will include the ongoing centralisation of operational processes, an organisational redesign, the development of the global IT platform and regulatory changes.
Paul has joined Sanne’s global headquarters in Jersey, following a career spanning 19 years within HSBC in London, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and Bermuda.
He has spent the past four years at HSBC Bank of Bermuda as the Programme Director for the bank’s financial crime compliance programme.
Prior to that, Paul was Head of Change Delivery for the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, where his team introduced a change management framework to construct, deliver and report on HSBC’s offshore change agenda.
