Investment services group Ravenscroft has appointed Group Head of Fund Research Sam Dovey to the board of Ravenscroft Investment Management, which is responsible for the group’s discretionary investment management business and range of Huntress funds.
Sam started her career as an accountant before moving into banking and then into investments.
She joined Ravenscroft in 2013, taking responsibility for research and funded investments, and is part of the multi-manager team.
She joined the firm from International Asset Monitor, where she was Head of Research. Prior to this, she worked at Collins Stewart Asset Management, Close Bank Guernsey and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Sam's role at Ravenscroft expanded earlier this year to Group Head of Fund Research and now includes broad oversight of the funded solutions used by Ravenscroft’s advisory teams and the offerings of its sister company in the UK, Vartan Ravenscroft.
