The leaders of two Channel Islands PR businesses are holding a webinar next month to discuss some of the new challenges surrounding flexible working.
The webinar, hosted by Strategic HR Partnership MD Wendy McHugh and Black Vanilla MD Nichole Culverwell (pictured), will look at the new challenges facing companies post-lockdown.
More employees will be asking for agile working arrangements, teams will be split between home and office locations and, in some cases, organisations are recovering from decreased productivity or even facing job losses.
During the webinar, Wendy and Nichole will share their insights into typical HR and internal communications challenges. They will highlight the actions and pragmatic approaches organisations need to take over the coming months as they adapt to new working practices.
