Parslows has advised SunWorks (CI) on its framework agreement with Jersey Electricity to supply solar photovoltaic (PV) equipment for the development and implementation of commercial scale solar PV installations in Jersey.
The first development site, at Woodside Farm, is nearing completion.
Jersey Dairy has also granted a 25-year lease to Jersey Electricity to operate solar panels on the Jersey Dairy roof, potentially generating half a million units of electricity a year.
This will be the largest solar panel array in the Channel Islands, generating enough power for almost 70 homes a year.
