Jersey-based finance sector specialist Optimus Recruitment has appointed Natalie McMullen as a Senior Consultant, responsible for searching out talent for local funds and accounting vacancies.
Natalie brings extensive international experience to the company, having worked in recruitment roles in Hong Kong and Jersey.
She joins Optimus from Marbral Advisory, where she has been a Talent Acquisition Manager. During her career she has also spent time in HR roles with Willis Tower Watson in Hong Kong, as well as with Elian and Ogier in Jersey.
