Ogier makes senior Jersey promotions

Victoria Grogan (pictured) has become Head of Wills and Probate, having served as Counsel in the Wills and Probate team since 2017. 

She specialises in administering high-net-worth and multi-jurisdictional local and foreign domiciled estates, as well as complex succession planning and will drafting.

Meanwhile, investment funds and regulatory lawyer Tatiana Collins and contentious trust specialist Shaun Maloney have both become Managing Associates. 

Tatiana's practice in the Funds team includes the establishment, management, restructuring and liquidation of funds and corporate structures, as well as related regulatory issues. 

She has been with Ogier, including a year in the Cayman Islands, for almost six years, having previously worked in London for firms including Schroders.

Shaun relocated from Ogier's Cayman office last year, joining the Jersey Disputes Resolution team, and has experience across all key practice areas. 

Finally, in business services, Christian Spurr has been appointed Head of Information Security and Risk Management.

Serving as a Senior Associate at Ogier for the past four years, Christian has helped develop the company's information security and data management framework. 

Having started his career in New Zealand, he relocated to Jersey in 2011, but returned to Auckland for a two-year stint at litigation practice LeeSalmonLong.
