Martín Casas, a property lawyer with extensive experience across jurisdictions including Argentina, Ireland and the UK, has joined Ogier in Guernsey as Senior Associate.
Martín joined Ogier from the real estate team of international law firm Eversheds, based in the UK, where he advised developers and institutional investors on the purchase, development, sale and letting of real estate.
He has also acted for landlords and tenants on the letting of office, retail, industrial and logistic space, and a ferry and ports operator on the management and letting of its units.
At Ogier, Martín will advise on all aspects of property transactions and tenancy agreements across the residential and commercial sectors.
